The Winters Combined PTA represents the students of Waggoner Elementary School and Shirley Rominger Intermediate School in Winters, CA. We collaborate with parents, staff, and our community to advocate for the welfare of our students at school, in their homes, and in our communities.

The mission of the California State PTA is to positively impact the lives of all children and families.

Our Purpose:

The purposes of this Association are promoted in cooperation with the National PTA and the California State

PTA through advocacy and education in collaboration with parents, families, teachers, educators, students,
